LOCATION:                   Mississauga, Ontario

 

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing automobiles and trucks to Commercial Fleet Accounts as well as Individual consumers, members of sponsor groups, associations, employees and fleet drivers.  Effectively manage a portfolio to maximize sales, retention and client satisfaction.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES WITHIN THE POSITION INCLUDE:

·         Ensure a minimum of 100% attainment of sales objectives and those agreed to in the annual performance agreement

·         Perform the lead role in the proactive prospecting and management of all Commercial accounts via a regular call cycle on multiple contacts.

·         Establish relationships with Associations for increased exposure

·         To qualify prospective clients to determine their specific needs and requirements

·         To articulate the benefits of leasing and provide comprehensive lease quotes

·         To effectively manage the credit process for all Clients by ensuring that all financial statements and other credit information is collected in a timely fashion and that annual and future customer financing requirements are monitored and anticipated

·         Develop and implement a work plan to ensure achievement of all required portfolio management activities (i.e. presentations, renewal opportunities, Lease Expiries in addition to any other related activity deemed appropriate by management)

·         To prepare, collect and ensure completion of all required lease documents in a timely and accurate manner

·         Collect, analyze and communicate all competitive activity on accounts including unique sales initiatives, pricing tactics and any other pertinent information

·         Maximize usage of all Addison Leasing resources (Leadership,  Remarketing,  Sales Support, Risk Management, etc. ) to ensure revenue growth, maximization of  lessor spreads and customer satisfaction

 

REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCE:

·       Professional sales skills

·       Ability to assess and effectively respond to varying customer types

·       Commitment to service excellence

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficient knowledge of lease fundamentals

·       Excellent car and truck product and comparative product knowledge

·       Proficient in the use of MS Office and Internet applications
